Spa treatments were good value for money and the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable. Location was perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails to explore. The Christmas decorations added a festive touch and created a cozy atmosphere.

Rooms were poorly soundproofed and noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms kept us awake all night. The quality of the meals was very disappointing;

Hotel Mnnatail was probably once magnificent but is now aging with many of it's facilities not being maintained. The hotel is large and seems to concentrate on the package tour market. We found it very dreary and were pleased we had only booked for one night.
